Shipping & Delivery Times
VIAFANCY.COM ships worldwide either UPS or DinTec Luxembourg (the ‘courier’).
Orders are shipped from VIAFANCY.COM in Luxembourg from Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
- Europe: 2-5 days for major cities / 5-7 days for remote areas,
- USA and Canada: 7-10 days, according to the final destination,
- South America: 7-10 days,
- Asia and the Middle East: 7-10 days,
- Australia and Oceania: 7-10 days for major cities / 10-12 days for remote areas,
- Africa: 7-10 days,
VIAFANCY.COM does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
VIAFANCY.COM reserves the right to delay dispatch in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
VIAFANCY.COM shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of VIAFANCY.COM.

For orders with European delivery addresses VIAFANCY.COM offers FREE Shipping for purchases over 100 Euros.
For orders with delivery addresses outside Europe VIAFANCY.COM offers:
1) a flat rate of 12 Euros for purchases over 100 Euros;
2) FREE Shipping for purchases over 200 Euros.
Orders to be delivered out of Luxembourg, are VAT (Value Added Tax) exempt but are subject to import fees - for non EU countries. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all VIAFANCY.COM orders are shipped out of Luxembourg with and an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.
Tracking
When the order is shipped, Customers receive an E-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Customers will be notified directly by the courier and/or VIAFANCY.COM.
Delivery
Upon delivery of every order, Customers are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery. VIAFANCY.COM packages are carefully sealed. If, for any reason, the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact VIAFANCY.COM at estore@viafancy.com.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Customer's address due to a lack of cooperation with the Customer (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the VIAFANCY.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Luxembourg at the Customer's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Luxembourg. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
