If for any reason Customers are not satisfied with an order, the product(s) can be returned within 14 days for size exchange or store credit.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of ViaFancy.com and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Refunds are only made if the product is damaged or if the product is never delivered. In case of damage you have to send an email with a photo attached within 24 hours of delivery.
- E-mail email@example.com within 10 days from the delivery date to request a Return Authorization Code (R.A.C.). Please include Order Number, Article Number(s) of the product(s) to be returned and state if the return is size exchange, store credit or refund.
- For returns for any reason, shipment and any eventual import fees and/or customs’ duties are at the Customer’s expense.
- Store credit:
- can be used once only with a future order within three months of the return;
- is not cumulative with other store credits;
- must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit;
- Orders will be refunded in the same currency used to purchase (EURO). Currency fluctuations can't be refunded.
- For returns with refund requests, the shipment is at the Customer’s expense. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and import fees are non-refundable through VIAFANCY.COM. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
- Please be informed that from your original purchase refund we will have to deduct any charges, which have been incurred due to the refund.
- Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.
Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Returns must arrive within 10 days of receiving the R.A.C.
- The free return policy is limited to one exchange.
Returns Terms & Conditions
- Products should be returned new, unused, and with all com and brand’s garment tags still attached and intact. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order.
- Products must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Products that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer.
- Returned goods must be packaged in such a way that protects the shipped items from wet, crushing and tearing situations and any other possible damage.
- In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Customers must follow the instructions above. com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Products are classified as defective if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective and will not be accepted. For all defective items outside of our Returns Policy, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized. If an unauthorized return is accepted, VIA FANCY will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
- com will not accept returned merchandised that does not follow the Terms & Conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
